We offer ‘lender direct’ financing. Our main lender who specializes in system built housing is available 6 days a week, can meet you at their office or in our store. Going direct with the lender takes away chances for miscommunication, speeds up communication, and takes another worry of the shoulders of our customers. This also enables James to share his portfolio of hundreds of previously sold homes that showcase his creativity. Born and raised in the Lewis-Clark Valley, James is able to offer valuable insight for those developing property in the local area. Growing up in Hawaii, Christian started working in the Hospitality industry at an early age. After being a Fine dining and banquet chef for over 30 years, he always had a passion to make people happy and help fulfill their dreams.
After seeing the positive experience his brother had purchasing a Kit Custom Home from River Bend Homes, he decided to pursue a path in the Manufactured Housing Industry.
As a new homeowner himself, he believes home ownership is the American Dream and Manufactured Housing provides the most affordable housing alternative.
Christian’s goal is to assist every prospective homeowner visiting River Bend Homes with the opportunity of fulfilling the dream of owning a new home.

Hi, I’m Rollie. I like to hang out wherever my dad is, which is usually River Bend Homes. I like playing fetch and pestering my stepbrother, Leo the cat. I might come off as a little gruff when you first meet me, but throw my ball and I’ll be your friend for life!
I was adopted by River Bend Homes in 2021. My favorite color is yellow. I love to see our customers happy and smiling. That’s why the favorite part of my job is helping customer houses around sharp corners. Once they see their house being delivered with my help, they realize that their dream is coming true right before their eyes. I also like moving homes around the River Bend sales lot so our customers can have the best buying experience possible. When not on the clock, I enjoy guarding the River Bend shop from bad guys.
I’m not a regular employee of River Bend Homes, but TransLift is my best friend. I do occasionally get hired by River Bend Homes when they are needing to move a house into a difficult location. My favorite house moves are when TransLift helps me. River Bend’s customers are in awe when they see the intricate maneuvers that we perform when TransLift and I work together.
