2022 / Park Model Liquidation

Built in 2022, this park model at River Bend Homes Belgrade is one of just a few high quality, top of the line units left from a limited batch the dealership is working to place in permanent homes. At 391 square feet on an 11 by 34 foot footprint with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, it’s a well built, efficient space that’s ready to move into now rather than wait on new construction. It’s part of the ongoing Park Model Liquidation sale, so it comes with $50,000 off MSRP, but once these 2022 units are sold there won’t be more behind them. If a park model as a permanent residence has been on your mind, stop by River Bend Homes Belgrade and see this one before it’s gone for good.
